An ongoing project exploring how people navigate genuinely complex information — contextual navigation, progressive disclosure, and guided decision-making rather than a wall of filters.

A lot of the interaction thinking on this site came out of that work, deliberately expressed in a simpler form.

Where LLM tooling genuinely earns its place in a product, and where it is decoration. Particularly interested in local-inference setups for teams who cannot send data to a third party.

Packaging work I have done for years — modernization, architecture guidance, frontend strategy — into engagements with defined scope and clear deliverables.
